An impressive complex!
Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the castle inside.... estimated waiting time at the ticket counter about 1 hour, plus the waiting time for two free spots in the half-hourly offered tours.

The SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska w Trójmieście), in German Stadtschnellbahn in der Dreistadt, is a suburban railway that connects the cities of Gdańsk (Danzig), Sopot (Zoppot), and Gdynia (Gdingen) (=Dreistadt). The trains run every 10-20 minutes and are an inexpensive and fast connection.

It already started on the way from Sopot with the SKM city express train.... and then twice more in Gdynia.

It was a wonderful and relaxed hike along the Ryck, despite over 30°! We traveled back by bus.... the Greifswald city bus runs from Wieck into the city.

We really liked Stralsund.... lots of brick architecture, which is characteristic of the region. Together with Wismar, the old town of Stralsund was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 2002.
