This trail gives great ocean views and views of Sargents Island, Norris Island, and Fraiser Point. Hikers walk along the coast; the Lower Bar Harbor Trail brings hikers through pine forests; and sea birds can be spotted. The elevation is flat and just about at sea level. This trail can be done on its own or with the Frazer Creek Bike Path to make a loop.
