The Music Palace is a project by José María de Paredes, who received the National Prize for Architecture, and was inaugurated on April 25, 1987. Since then, the Palace has become one of the most characteristic buildings in the city. It is now considered one of the most important music centers in Europe. Transparency is the tool used in this exceptional experience. A large glass vault, which runs parallel to the Turia riverbed, serves as the main entrance.

The Palau de la música is a concert hall. The building impressed me with its large glass extension. There is a fountain in front of the building. Unfortunately the fountains were only turned on little or not at all. If you want to use advance ticket sales: There are Spanish opening times with a long lunch break.
