The Neunerköpfle is a 1,862 m high mountain peak southeast of Tannheim in the Allgäu Alps. It rises in the Tannheimer Valley, probably the most beautiful high valley in Europe. The name 'Neunerköpfle' is probably based on the fact that, seen from the Tannheim district of Höfen, the sun is above the summit of the mountain at 9 a.m. Source: alpen-guide.de/reisefuehrer/poi/neunerkoepfle-tannheim-im-tannheimer-tal

When the weather is clear, you have a good all-round view from the Neunerköpfle.

At the fork towards the summit cross there are plenty of benches that invite you to take a break. The view from this point is outstanding.
