You can see it: the church was built during the Nazi era.
The nave is overwhelmingly simple, and the altar area, which was redesigned in 2014, is like a stage.
You shouldn't miss taking a look at the exhibition in the gallery. You definitely have to take your time for this! The history of the church is shown and described. But above all the life of Pastor Stellbrink, his enthusiasm for Germanness and his rejection of National Socialist thinking, for which he ultimately paid with his life.
The exhibition resonated with me for a long time.

The Luther Church, built in 1937 and now a listed building, is the central place for a variety of services for us. It also invites reflection and devotion in everyday life.
In 2014 it was extensively renovated under the motto: DenkmalNeu: A new altar design, a new heating system, lots of light, hand-made vestments, a new candlestick and a freshly tuned organ invite you to linger, pause and look around.
