Collobrières is a commune in the Var department, Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur, 40 km northeast of Toulon and twenty kilometers of the beaches of Lavandou and south Lalonde.

In the northern part of the village you cross the river via a 12th century stone bridge, Pont Raoul Calvi. On the other side of the bridge you will find the Chapelle Notre Dame de Pitié and the small shop Confisserie Azurienne, known for its candied chestnuts. The production of chestnut puree and candied chestnuts, called marrons glaces, is a specialty of this area. Historical machines for processing chestnuts can be viewed in the confectionery museum. The specialty of this house is, among other things, ice cream made from chestnuts. There are numerous wooden bridges in the village that lead to the cafes on the other side of the river.
