The Basel Main Post is a sandstone building in the old town of Grossbasel. The building is located on Rüdengasse and is flanked by the Freien Strasse and the Gerbergasse. He was born 1376 to 1378 as a department store. Between 1559 and 1596, an archway was added to Daniel Heintz, which was relocated to Freie Strasse in 1853 on the occasion of the reconstruction of the post office building.
