This is the unfinished Marina of Argostoli.
This place is often referred to by sailors and travelers as a "ship graveyard" or abandoned marina, as it is home to numerous decaying and half-sunken boats. Despite its derelict appearance, it is used by some sailors as a free anchorage, as it offers good protection from winds, even though it lacks basic amenities such as water or electricity.
The marina is located in the Drepanon district on the east side of the Argostoli bay, opposite the city center.
