In the middle of the village, on the corner of Drovestrasse and the junction with Wewordenstrasse, there is a small, well-kept green area with a memorial column and a commemorative plaque at the former site of the Drove synagogue, which was destroyed in the pogrom night of November 9th and 10th, 1938.
