The trail to the fish ponds is very pretty. The ponds were created between 1965 and 1985 by Ernst Bock. Around the ponds leads a forest nature trail, which also includes a hut with various exhibits. A pretty thatched gazebo with tables and benches invites you to rest along the way. Here at the "last pond" you can see koi carp and of course a lot of ducks.
Up from the Rungeweg in the direction of the pavilion, the ponds are laid out in terraces, with the water always running down from pond to pond. The reeds are very idyllic.
The ponds are a popular destination in Langenberger Forst, which is well attended at the weekend.
