The Institute of Art and Archeology, also known as Center Michelet, is a building in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, located at 6, avenue de l'Observatoire and 3, rue Michelet, currently housing the history faculties of the art of the universities of Paris I and Sorbonne University. It was designed by architect Paul Bigot between 1925 and 1928. Since September 9, 1996, it has been listed as a historical monument
