Although the Waldhäuserreibe is no longer accessible, the trail here is still worthwhile as it is one of the less traveled trails in the area. The rocks are one of the discoveries to be made along this route.

Hiking

On a somewhat different route up to the Lusen, the rocky landscape on the Waldhäuserriegel was my first stretch of unpaved path through the "Wild Forest" and I really enjoyed it. Maybe not as spectacular as the Teufelsloch but a wonderful piece of nature and comparatively little visited. If you are already on the way back from Lusen to the starting point, you should take a little time despite any tiredness and look behind you every now and then to enjoy the beauty of this part of the way.
