Enjoy the views over Massif des Cerces. Surrounded by steep mountains with sharp peaks, this valley takes its name from the clarity of La Clarée. This river rises just above the refuge that you will follow downstream for over 30 kilometres during your well deserved descent. But before you leave this checkpoint, you should of course enjoy yourself a planche apéro de la montagne at the refuge.
