Lovely road to cycle or drive along with amazing views all of the way along. I rode it out of peak season but I would imagine it gets very busy in the summer.

It’s great road if you just want to get their. But watch out for fast cars and you do get a lot of roadies using it too.

Cycling

Don't use deep wheels if it's windy (35kmh+). I had 28mm deep wheels on a heavy gravel bike. it was sketchy along the flat and even going uphill was dodgy. the last climb before freshwater bay is not fun.
