The Curau Moor covers an area of 380 hectares and leads through the landscape - easily navigable - hiking trails to Aussichtspunktem with a wide view. It is not a typical moor landscape, although the water recaptured the once-cultivated areas. The meadows are again green and swampy, new wetlands have emerged, the streams flow back into their original runs. Beautiful path through the Curau Moor, which has scenic all year round its charm. The paths can be mastered with any solid bike, but it is perhaps good to know that you sink in the area of the border between Ahrensbök and Stodo in the "rainy season" (the hub looks out, though) One can hardly believe in this dry summer, when even the bog lakes are almost dried up.
