It is a mule track, so the route is almost entirely on paved stone, often bumpy, steep and tiring. You don't need technical skills to do it, just perseverance and a little training. It is called "Il Calvario", because in '15-'18 it was said that the soldiers who headed towards the Venerocolo and its trenches, went towards an inferno made of bombs.
