Beautiful easy hike around the two lakes, especially in the fall. Suitable for pushchairs. It's a bit uphill to the rear lake. Also for cyclists. Possibility to stop at the front lake in the Langbathsee-Stüberl. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., self-service. Large PP at the front lake. Approx. 9 km from Ebensee. Other hiking opportunities: approx. 1 km before the large PP Jageralm-PP. From there ascent to the front Signalkogel and on to the rear Signalkogel. Descent to the rear lake. And a difficult hike over the Schafluckensteig to the Brunnkogel. The two lakes can also be reached from the Großalm bus stop in Neukirchen near Altmünster.

Great view and the walk around the lakes is worth it.
