The Langbathseen are located at the foot of the northern crashes of the Höllengebirge in the Salzkammergut.
The circular walk around both lakes has a distance of about 7.5km, it runs on gravel roads. Numerous benches at the lakes invite to breaks.
In the summer you can also bathe, the water temperature can reach up to 24 degrees. In autumn, the colorful leaves of deciduous trees appear around the lake.
Near the parking lot is also a small restaurant - the Langbathseestüberl.January 18, 2018

Not only the Brunnkogel but also other breathtaking mountains of the Höllengebirge can be admired.

At the back Langbathsee it is a lot quieter than at the front and you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery better.

Whether on foot, around the two Langbathsee`n, or by bike up and a small "lakes round". The Langbathsee, both Vorderer & Hinterer "are worth a visit.
