Two viewing platforms (Westfels and Südfels) offer panoramic views of the Palatinate Forest, up to Donnersberg and Hunsrück.
Anyone who finds the way along rock formations, down sandstone steps, in the dragon chamber and dragon cave knows where the mountain gets its name from: Was this the scene of Siegfried's battle with the dragon from the Nibelung saga?
