The Schwichow Monument in Minden is a cast-iron war memorial from the early 19th century, designed in the Prussian Classical style based on a design by Karl Friedrich Schinkel. It commemorates Major General Ernst Michael von Schwichow, commandant of the Minden fortress.

Dear @simpsons57, according to the inscriptions, the war memorial in Weserglacis (in the corner between Johansenstr./Klausenwall, south of the Schwanenteich) commemorates fallen soldiers of the "Prinz Friedrich" regiment. The Schwichow monument you described is located elsewhere, namely 500 meters further west at Schwichowwall (next to the gymnasium of the Ratsgymnasium, near the intersection of Rodenbecker Str.). A corresponding Komoot highlight already exists there.

The war memorial in the Weserglacis commemorates the fallen of the "Prince Friedrich of the Netherlands" Infantry Regiment (2nd Westphalian, No. 15). This regiment was part of the Prussian army. It bore the name because it was once founded by a Dutch prince named Friedrich. Hence the large "F" on one side of the monument.
