The Nepomuk figure once adorned the facade of Cologne Cathedral. During the war, the statue was damaged and disposed of; the sculptor Elmar Hillebrand in Cologne-Weiß kept it. The gap in the cathedral facade was replaced by a copy.

The Nepomuk figure belongs to Cologne Cathedral and was created by Christian Mohr in 1869/70. The figure was originally part of the facade decoration of the south transept of the cathedral (right side portal, front row, outermost figure on the left) and was disposed of after slight war damage in 1945/46 and kept by the sculptor Elmar Hillebrand in Cologne-Weiß. The figure was later replaced by a copy on the cathedral facade. Hillebrand donated the figure to the village community in 1978 and had it erected on the newly designed Schwaadeck near the Weißer Kapellchen with a view of the Rhine.
