On both sides of the Lucie Canal there are dike paths that are great for cycling. Since the dike paths are not open to public motor vehicle traffic, but only to agricultural and forestry traffic (as well as cyclists and pedestrians), you rarely see cars here. However, cyclists should make way for agricultural and forestry traffic, because these vehicles have priority here (there are also signs saying this).
After the Lucie Canal flows into the Jeetzel Canal, the dyke paths also continue along the Jeetzel Canal.
