Hiking

With the Reformation, the Dominican monastery in Neuruppin was dissolved in 1541. This ended Catholic life in the entire church district. Only in 1849 was there a Catholic priest in Neuruppin who was also responsible for Fehrbellin. In 1858 Catholic services were held on the master baker's flour floor on the property opposite today's church. This was followed by the purchase of the building at number 42 and the establishment of the "Mission Station Fehrbellin". This explains the simple appearance of the church building in a former residential building.
