Very nice place! And the Barbarossa is particularly colorful here.

"The Sinzig church square, which is bordered to the east by the Catholic parish church "St. Peter" and to the north by the town hall, is - in front of the market square and the fountain square - the largest square in Sinzig's city center. In the middle of the church square Year after year at the end of April the maypole is erected; the church square is also the location of the weekly and Christmas markets. At the Sinzig fair, which extends from the market square via Bachovenstraße to the church square, there are the large rides. Its current appearance was preserved the square essentially as part of the urban redevelopment decided by the city council under Mayor Norbert Hesch in 1985."
