Here, you can fortify yourself with regional delicacies at a Regiomat (refreshment machine). There's a good selection of chilled, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, a few snacks, and regional sausages. If you have a stove with you, you can also fry an egg or cook some pasta. 😉 Several benches invite you to rest, and there's also a restroom nearby.

Hiking

Not only the Regiomat is the highlight, but also the square in front of the village hall, which is ideal for a picnic. Here, you can also be transported through the rotunda back to the years 1840–1834, when the film "Die andere Heimat" (The Other Homeland) was set, and imagine what the village looked like at that time—all without digital augmented reality on your smartphone.
