The Monument to the Malvinas (Monument to the Malvinas) is a monument in the Plaza General San Martín, Buenos Aires, which was erected to commemorate the fallen soldiers of the Falklands War (Guerra de las Malvinas).The monument is located in the part of the square facing the Avenida del Libertador and consists of 25 black marble slabs bearing the names of the 649 Argentine soldiers killed in the 1982 war.
