About Till & Co.

This cycle tour around Neuss connects a lot of green and> 90% car-free sections. There are some hidden secret paths that are probably not all known.Spring is welcome to step on the gas a bit, because the temperature wasn't quite like it. Overall, however, a very nice bike ride and relatively lonely stretches. So, now let's have coffee & cake ... mium ... :)

This is only available in the beautiful Lower Rhine: First you take the A57 exit "Alpen" and then in one day you have the South Sea and the North Sea at Xanten. - You won't find that anywhere else in the world! :)Okay, - the first 3 photos are NOT from this tour, but while we were walking around the Xanten South Sea, we imagined exactly that as a dream. By the way, this riverside path is by no means monotonous, but very beautiful and varied, wonderful bank and lake panoramas! After the visit to the cathedral there was a large ice cream cup in the picturesque old town of Xanten and a coffee from Togo.Better to use the originally planned route to follow up without detours and detours:

And for this May 1st tour the matching NDW catchy tune for free:

This spontaneous evening lap was almost entirely off the road, some stretches in the "Der Meerbusch" nature reserve a bit bumpy, but overall a very beautiful and green route.

We have already done a lot of hiking tours in the last few months and would definitely count this tour in our top 10 ... very nice path, varied landscape, not very populated, informative information boards about the hammer and grinding mills Past and great route! We would give this tour 5 stars! * * * * *Fortunately, there are also enough benches for a half-time snack with tea from the backpack. The sunny spring weather also spoiled us.Afterwards we made a tour through the historic old town of Remscheid-Lennep, which is not too far away. Ice cream, coffee and cake were a great way to end the day! :)Start address for the car navigation system:
      Talsperrenstrasse 104, 42369 Wuppertal

ATTENTION: Due to renovation, the dam is currently only passable on weekends (see photo on the sign)!

Actually, I just wanted to go to Lank Latum this evening and then take the ferry from Langst-Kierst over to Kaiserswerth, but then I found out that I had left my money and mask at home. So spontaneously this longer tour to Krefeld Uerdingen, but with the beautiful spring sun, it was a wonderful golden evening round! :)

This circular route around the Altwarmbüchener See is not spectacular, but the landscape with its bank areas, birch groves and brood island is definitely very beautiful. In a corona-free summer there is definitely a lot going on here on or near the water.Info:

The so-called Black Moor near Resse north of Hanover is really worth a trip and a remarkably beautiful landscape! At the beginning you walk the very informative adventure trail through the Otternhagener Moor over raised wooden walkways:
      hannover.de/Kultur-Freizeit/Naherammlung/Natur-entsehen/Moore/Moorerlebnispfad-Resse/Der-Moorerlebnispfad
The further circular hiking trail runs once around the extensive nature reserve Schwarzes Moor. There are some sunny picnic benches for the half-time break. Overall, the entire area was surprisingly lonely, hardly anyone hiking or biking there. It is best to use the originally planned tour to follow up without dangling or detour:

Closest bus stop: Resse, Osterbergstraße (lines 460 + 698)
