The French War Cemetery Fort des Dunes in Leffrinckoucke contains 190 graves from the Second World War. The unknown soldiers are buried together in a monument.
This cemetery also contains the grave of General Louis Guillaume Janssen, commander of the 12th Motorized Division, who died here on June 2, 1940.
