In the middle of the beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl is the wine market, where you can buy not only fine wines from Italy, but also high-quality fires from the own distillery, which is operated here since 2005. If you come to the season (from mid-September to next spring), you might be lucky enough to look over the master's house while burning!
