Cycling
The castle is the Dahlwitz castle. It was built by the Berlin architect Friedrich Hitzig 1855/56 for the landowner Carl von Treskow. It also has a large adjoining garden designed and designed by Peter Joseph Lenné.
It has been reconstructed for years, but there is probably no concept of use that would make the castle accessible to the public again.

The park, which has since been named after him, was laid out in 1821 according to plans by Lenné. In addition to the actual park, he also included the commercial areas, kitchen gardens and wetlands on the other side of the avenue in his planning. ... There are many lines of sight, although the castle is not the only starting point. The original structure of the park landscape through paths, watercourses and picturesquely grouped trees is still partly legible.
