The Werre Cycle Path or Else-Werre Cycle Path is scenically very beautiful here and, with one exception, largely passable, even without "icing on the cake". However, the bumpy interlocking pavement and the notorious "water hole" in the passage under the bridge (Dehmer Straße) have long been a nuisance. Even in dry weather, the bumpy slope with the subsequent ascent to the sewage treatment plant causes considerable problems for cyclists who are unfamiliar with the area and have little practice. One often sees groups of cyclists "dismounting" uncontrolled in rows on this small incline. And even with the smallest flood of the Werre, a meter-long puddle interrupts the bike path under the bridge several times a year and leaves behind anything but "cream". Everything is far from optimal here. There is still a lot to do until the "Sahne-Radweg" is reached.
