The parish church is a small, remarkable building whose choir with a polygonal finish and buttresses still points to the Gothic period, while the nave dates from the end of the 16th century. On the south side of the nave is a walled Renaissance portal, dated 1586. The tower forms the dominant feature of the early classical west facade. In 1816 it was restored after being destroyed by the French Wars.

Between 1733 and 1750 the church was radically baroque-style and subsequently furnished in this style.
