The Nibelungen Monument or the Nibelungen Fountain is a design of the scene "Meeting of Kriemhild, the Burgundian Queen, and the Hun King Etzel in Tulln" in the form of a bronze sculpture documentation, created by the sculptor Michail Nogin. The Nibelungen Fountain is thus a memorial to one of the historical places of the Nibelung Song and documents the historic past of Tulln as well as the connection between the individual Danube regions. When I was there, on April 5, 2021, the fountain was still switched off, but even without water fountains, the monument is worth a short (photo) stop.
