Hiking
Kipfenberg Castle is one of the most impressive in the district. The original building stock is the keep (Romanesque), the chapel (late Gothic), the witch tower (12th / 13th century), the Zwingerturm (Gothic), parts of the Bering (Romanesque) and the outer bailey (here is the Roman and Bajuwaren Museum); the remaining parts were renewed in the 20th century. Privately owned today!
