About Christoph Stoffel Bö

Today we covered many activities with a bike tour - from the campsite straight to the Crystal Museum and from there down the Altmühltal past Prunn Castle and Randeck, over the Tatzelwurm to the Schulerloch stalactite cave. Here we had to hike a bit to be able to look at the cave there!

    1. The idea was to combine Prunn Castle and Randeck Castle in one hike ... unfortunately the path between the castles wasn't really that great - but luckily the castles were worth the visit! And then the stop at the Ritterschänke Burg Randeck convinced the last doubters :-)

    1. Leave the valley by bike from the Riedenburg campsite so that you can enjoy the view back from the heights.

Then at the height across to Prunn Castle (where nothing was going on in the evening) and the hiking trail down into the valley.

Then backwards over the hills on the other side of the valley.

    1. Three Castles Hike Riedenburg.

Short hike from the campsite up to the Trachstein ruins. From there back into the valley to climb up again to Rosenburg Castle and the Rabenstein ruins behind it!

Descent to Riedenburg with a small city tour.

    1. One of my favorite variants when I head south from Munich quickly after work and the section along the Würm is simply enjoyable again and again...
