Since 1948, the ensemble has been headquartered in Karolin (part of the village of Otrębusy) at ul. Świerkowa 2 in the Karolin Palace, modernized and expanded in the European Centre for the Promotion of Regional and National Culture "Matecznik-Mazowsze" (European Centre Matecznik Mazowsze. ECMM) in Karolin, opened on October 17, 2009.
