It was built by two industrialists: Wilhelm Wellisch and Jerzy Meyer. The complex consists of two beautiful eclectic villas (designed by the famous architect Dawid Lande) and a large park. Currently, the area is fenced and closed with a makeshift fence. Unfortunately, both buildings and surroundings fall into ruin.
