The Heiligenstock transmitter belonged to the Südwestdeutsche Rundfunkdienst AG (SÜWRAG). It was founded with a share capital of 100 trillion marks by five private shareholders in Frankfurt am Main, including the Frankfurt photo industrialist Dr. Carl Adolf Schleussner and also Fritz von Opel. SÜWRAG is the predecessor of today's Hessischer Rundfunk. (Source HR)
