Tips
On the Schafberg, the buildings of the monastery sheep farm were already in the Middle Ages. At that time, 400 sheep grazed there. Today, in the building complex which is still very worth seeing, a nursing home is housed. The still undeveloped Schafberg is a green place with orchards, cow pastures with highlands and indigenous cattle. In addition, there is still wine growing here in the middle of the city of Baden-Baden.
