The hotel is located in the former St. Florian brewery. The brewery was designed as a hotel at the beginning of the 20th century. It continues to make its own beer. Very cozy interior, and great view in the patio.

When in Loket, be sure to try the local beer brewed in the small St. Florian's brewery. The exhibition in the Brewery Museum is part of the St. Florian family beer brewery. The three rooms show the traditional manufacture of casks, malt processing and original bottling as well as bottling and old machines. The entrance to the exhibition is directly in the brewery restaurant in the basement of the Hotel "Kaiser Ferdinand" or in the brewery shop (Payer's House) on the market square.

Hiking
The Svatý Florián Brewery is definitely worth a visit. It is also well attended. But there is a restaurant on the market square that also has a draft beer and pretty much the same menu is a lot cheaper. So if you want to enjoy the flair of the brewery, stay at the "Saint Florian" and if you want to eat and drink well, just walk a few meters further
