The Auewiese landscape park has a very special feature:
A 275-meter-long footbridge winds its way from St. John's Church to the Bünting marina between willow and alder swamps.
The footbridge was built to protect the landscape and nature and was previously a floodplain in the floodplain.
When the light breaks through the treetops, you are presented with a very special spectacle of light and shadow - a great photo opportunity!
A viewing platform halfway along the path offers a wonderful view of the Zwischenahner Meer.
