St. Lambertus Church and War Memorial, Lippramsdorf

The place is located in the south-west of Münsterland in the Lippetal north of the Lippe. The town consists of the central core village, the hamlet of Freiheit along with Haus Ostendorf in the east, Eppendorf in the northeast and Tannenberg in the extreme north-northeast (former farming community of Eppendorf), the younger settlements of Mersch in the south and Hagelkreuz (Schabbrink) in the northwest, and the scattered farming community of Kusenhorst in the extreme southwest.Lippramsdorf borders to the north-east on the district of Holtwick, which separates it from the main town, to the north there is a short border to Lavesum. To the west, parts of the town of Dorsten, namely Lembeck in the north, border on Wulfen and for a short distance Hervest in the extreme south-west, with only the settlement of Wulfen being close to Lippramsdorf. Parts of the city of Marl border to the south, namely the chemical park in the west and Sickingmühle along with Herne in the east.
