The Dieseghem farm, as we know it today, is the only remnant of the Frankish villa 'Tissengien', which before the 11th century included the current Mortsel, Hove and Edegem. It is now one of the locations of the cultural center. The rooms are used for small-scale performances from their own program, but can also be rented by associations or organizations for exhibitions, theater activities, academic sessions, study days, meetings, rehearsals, etc. The farm is divided into six rooms: The deep stable has been furnished. as a kind of amphitheater and is therefore suitable for small performances, concerts, exhibitions, lectures, poetry... The hayloft is particularly monumental and suitable for exhibitions, meetings and films. The best room and the grain loft can be used as meeting or exhibition rooms. The living room was furnished as a café and has an equipped counter with drinks cooling. It is ideal as a meeting space. The mantelpiece with 'Leuven Stoof' forms the heart of this room. The upstairs room has a very low ceiling and is only suitable as a changing room for artists.
The farm is located on the edge of the surprising nature reserve Little Switzerland.

The first trace of Mortsel that we find is the existence of Dieseghem as a dependency of the Hainaut Benedictine abbey in Lobbes, a foundation from the seventh century.
