A very suggestive corner hidden in the heart of the wood, under the Rotzo basin, between the walls overhanging the Val d'Assa.

Here the Pach torrent (from the Cimbrian 'Bach', stream) overcomes a rock leap of about forty metres, forming a waterfall among luxuriant vegetation.

Unfortunately it is a stroke of luck to find them abundant, due to the drought of recent years; after heavy rains, on the other hand, the impervious and slippery path that starts from Rotzo makes them difficult to reach.

This route is absolutely a very challenging one! We started hiking from Rotzo with children aged 5 to 10. It's just manageable up to the waterfalls and a very beautiful hike. At the waterfall itself, there's a pleasant flat section but with dangerously deep drops. The return route is downright dangerous from the start and not recommended. We explored the route a bit further, and there it's even risky for adults. Many other hikers turned back as well.
