The Antonius van Padua Church is the Roman Catholic parish church of Nijnsel, located at Oude Lieshoutseweg 1.

It is a rustic brick church that was consecrated in 1911 and was designed by the Eindhoven architect L.P.J. Cooking. The choice of Anthony of Padua as the patron saint of the church arose from the fact that the construction pastor, Johannes Panken, was born on this saint's name day. The same pastor organized an annual pilgrimage, known as the 'Meierijsche Pilgrimage', in which thousands of people participated. This pilgrimage began to languish after 1960 and is now gone. However, an open-air mass is held every year in honor of Anthony of Padua, using a beautiful stone alcove with a canopy behind the church and cemetery in a small processional park. This is called the green cathedral. Next to the church is a Sacred Heart statue.
