Today we drove to the Betuwe again, where the fruit trees are now in full bloom and it's packed with rapeseed🌸🌼

A beautiful sight to behold. On the banks of the Linge, we enjoyed a delicious lunch 🥪☕️🥚🍐

And of course, we weren't the only walkers and the like enjoying all the beauty 🙈

During our journey back home, we made another stopover in Bleialf 🇩🇪 to take a beautiful circular hike from there to round off this wonderful weekend.

This morning after breakfast, we drove back towards Echternach to take the bus to Mompach from there. Here we walked the other way to cover the last kilometers of this trail with our endpoint Echternach. A magnificent and very varied hike with lots of flora and fauna along the way. Today we went for a walk a bit closer to home. Another one in the Stippelberg from the Rips. This walk never gets boring and is beautiful in every season.

This walk goes through the Groote Slink, along the Peelkanaal which is part of the Peelraamstelling, through the Vinkenpeel, the Aerlesche Peel, the Krim and the Bunthorst. After a day of heavy rain, out and about again today. Enjoyed the sun, which was visible regularly, though with a fresh breeze.

At one point, a squirrel ran across the path without seeing us. Further on, 2 deer were standing watching to see if we saw them too. Beautiful to see them standing there. Always

On the way home, we made another stop for a lovely circular walk from Vaassen (Veluwe Gelderland). This was another short section of a clog path. It was a bit foggy at first, but later the sun broke through briefly, and it turned into a beautiful day.

At one point, we saw something crossing the path and
