The former granary is now a real landmark of the city of Neustadt. The pagoda store is reminiscent of a Far Eastern building culture or a replica of the Chinese pavilion at the Expo 2000. But these thoughts are far away. The granary dates back to 1830 and was used as a granary until the 20th century. Nevertheless, the construction is strongly reminiscent of the Buddhist tower structures.
