Kein Weg zu weit um der Freiheit nah zu sein 🎼
Doro...(Titel:Bis auf's Blut)
In the early morning the way led us over the Wehberg into the Rhamede valley. From here on the L-way up to the Dickenberg and on via Amphop
Here we left the L-way and went back home.
At the moment it is very nice to see the thimble sprouting on the bald patches.
Due to the clearing, the Dickenberg has a lot of new views of Lüdenscheid.

Today we went back to Schalksmühle on partly new paths.
Via the Hohe Steinert fairground down to the Oedenthaler Mühle. From there up to Horst, a small piece of the L way and back down to the next mill, the Lauenscheider.
Now parallel to the Klagebach down to Schalksmühle.
Caution is required here, the path has been filled in with branches.
After a long rest directly on the Volme, it went through Schalksmühle and then up the Schnurreweg above Wippekühl towards Halverscheid.
From here down to the green and Eicken and Schierey up Home.

We started the path from Wander🅿️ Reper Höhe and decided to go clockwise.
On the round you get everything a hiker's heart desires.
Fantastic views, a castle ruin again and again small towns and rest and seating possibilities without end. Narrow forest paths alternate with farm roads and unfortunately also some roads.
The marking is 👍🏼 very good. You follow the big "R" in a circle and often cross other hiking trails that inspire new ideas.

This morning I went with my colleague Thorsten (so 2 Thorsten on tour) ... nothing can go wrong 😅to a long hike from Meinerzhagen to Lüdenscheid.
My daughter dropped us off at Meinerzhagen station. We planned to use the X20. Already got stuck after a short distance, so we went to the tourist information office and asked for advice. The lady sent us parallel to the rails. Then first went through the factory at 🦊 Fuchs. To my surprise, even met my twin brother here who works there
From here then tries to find the X20 Inclusive Loop.
Eventually made it.
Then mostly followed the path towards Lüdenscheid.
Absolutely not recommended, a lot of asphalt and poorly marked.
After reaching the valley road let it be picked up there, as thunderstorms were already approaching and we were mightily knocked out.

Today we should consciously go a little steeper up to train.
My way led via Eicken down to Stephansohl, the lowest point in Lüdenscheid.
To climb the steepest ascent to Halverscheid from here 🥵 Here it was time to take off your sweaty shirt and walk in your T-shirt. Then consciously stayed on the heights and went down to the farmhouse.
Stop by the bakery in Schalksmühle for a moment. But had forgotten cken to put the mask in.
So I started my way home, which initially followed the L way. But chose the mega ascent from behind to the ancestral ride up.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of rioting and garbage was left behind.
So I went slightly angry 😤 over the castle Home.

From the 🅿️Bracht above Plettenberg, our tour first led us to the Schwarzenberg castle ruins. Wonderfully quiet there today, no one has ever been there.
From here to the nearby Engelbertstuhl viewpoint. Very nice to see the Lenne and the surrounding mountains from here.
Down the valley we reached Pasel very quickly. A very idyllic place with great quarry stone and half-timbered houses.
We continued along the Lenne to Rönkhausen. Here then the direction to the parking lot selected. At many rushing brooks and partly hard inclines, in thick fog, our starting point was soon reached again.

After a short visit to the cemetery in Hunswinkel, we spontaneously went to the 🅿️Wilkenberg in the early morning for a nice hike through nature.
At the end of the day at Wilkenberg, Andreas and his wife were behind me, if I'm not mistaken.
I like to come back here after Corona and then go for a round with Anke and Andreas.
