A bronze statue of Anonymus by the Hungarian sculptor Miklós Ligeti from 1903. It honors the previously unknown author of the Gesta Hungarorum, a chronicle of the Hungarians from their settlement in the Danube plain in 896 to the early Middle Ages.
In this way, Ligeti visually implemented the previously open question of his identity.
