The Ködnitzkees is the glacier that is crossed from the Stüdlhütte on the normal route to the Großglockner.
On the ascent you can enjoy wonderful views of the Großglockner and the Hochschober group
Gradients are moderate and the glacier has few crevasses. Nevertheless, always commit with the appropriate equipment. Mountaineering experience is mandatory, or go with a mountain guide.
